I would never have thought to look as I don't know them.
Monkey Man was, I think, first recorded by Toots and The Maytals in the late 60s and was a dig at Leslie Kong, noted producer/manager of the time. Kong - Monkey Man geddit?!
Go to any ska gig and expect to hear it.
Great site, so much stuff to listen to.
How about a bit of Toots now I think of it?
